Who knew you could do any type of ab workout in pregnancy?
This instructor is very gentle and I love that she suggests we use pillows for our back. My boyfriend doesn't understand that my abs haven't disappeared. They're still there, they're just stretching out. With these exercises you can really feel your abs tightening. I try to do these everyday. My doctor says I have no extra belly fat I'm not sure if it's because of these workouts, but I'm going to keep doing them. Supposedly it'll help you recover faster after birth. I will be a witness to that.
